Kentucky Ducks

The day started out with a swim, and the housekeeping people saying there were some ducks walking down the hall. Kentucky ducks.

Before checking out, Eva had the great idea to put gel in mine and Levi's hair. But not her own. Smart girl.

So then we get to Lexington. And it all got great. So here's the deal: grill and chill. Grill some ribs all day and chill at the new house. Eva took to her Frozen outfit quite quickly.

Levi then followed with the rabbit ears. Funny how every boy goes through a stage where they think that is hilarious. Cuz it is.

 

Eva also figured out that if she sits in front of the fan, her dress blows in the wind. Smart girl.

We then retired to the parlor, or living room as they call it here, for some R and R. Eva loves the piano.

Levi plays the ipad, looking quite interesting in the light.

 

Eva has magic ice princess power, stop!

 

 

Then off to froyo at the block next door. Less than two blocks! More posing.

Then, after a stop at the Kroger - also less than two blocks away - walking back with pickles, apples and construction paper - we see two fire trucks. They get out and give the kids fire hats. Yay Lexington!
