I almost fell into the trap of enjoying life so much that I forgot to record it. What else could I say?
But have no fear, I kept my life recording device handy and have a-plenty of mundane experiences to recount. What else should I be?
We got started in the preamble phase of Spring Break where Eva showed off her caterpillar friend. I wonder if she will like small furry creatures crawling on her face when she is is older. Hey, 24 year old future Eva who is reading this, do you still like stuff crawling on your face?
OK, Spring Break finally started. Eva's favorite pups were so happy to see her. They'd been planning this photo all Winter.
Not content with her own pets, after stopping by to donate a portion of Levi's entrepreneur fair profits to the Humane Society we met the dogs and cats. This one black cat was one of the few that would tolerate love from those Peloza kids.
As usual Eva spent time in the office planning out her thoughts and priorities on the whiteboard. This time one whiteboard couldn't contain them, she needed mine plus Alexis'.
Let's see, what else? Lots of under the radar moments like eating out and compiling leftovers to take home. Levi photobombs at every opportunity.
We did have a Spring Break party which was a huge hit, Eva and I prepared much of the menu together. Except the caramel corn, that was all Eva and Alexis. And Cole.
Another one of those stay-up-past-midnight kind of parties. So kids, when you tell your kids that you are strict because you didn't even get to stay up late, better not let them see this.... those Peloza grandkids. Wow.
Word of caution, though. Watch out for the first weekend of March Madness. It has a strange way of stimulating spontaneous dance. Say that five times as quickly as you can. Just the last three words. Well, not those last three words. You know.
We finish with some hotel Internet TV. You see kids, in the old days we had this thing called the Internet. And before that we had what was known as TV. You smash them together and Mr. Marriott calls them Internet TV. Then a dip in the pool before bed.
What else should I write? I guess that's it.
