Barry Schwartz Would Be Proud

So those of you who are CB inclined will know Barry and the paradox of choice. But it goes like this.. the more choice you have, the less happy you are. Well, that's not a problem at my new favorite restaurant of all time. A short 15 minute drive outside of Lexington.

That's the whole menu. Not the specials. The menu. The desserts, of which there are 3 options, are not listed. The simplest, most honest and tasteful menu ever matched with folksy outside of town service. The two chefs hang our between tables (6 in total in the whole place) sit outside and have a drink at the picnic table, saying bye to those who were lucky enough to find this place.
