For a quick trip to the motherland, worth every hour on I-75 and various side roads to avoid traffic. Saw some great towns and finally some of Dayton. Who knew it was such a nice place? But I digress. As per my new routine, I was too busy enjoying myself to take many pictures, or even do much more the sit around and drink, eat and do puzzles. But I get one with Levi, Natalie, and the poor, forgotten Peloza kid, Vacuum Peloza. Sad story, really. Came home from a tour in Iraq and now just sits around most of the day.
In all of my writing about Peloza kids, I don't know that I've ever once thought of myself as a Peloza kid. Or that my dad was a Peloza kid. I could imagine if he was writing a blog what he would say to go along with this picture of him in Italy when he was 21. It's tough escaping from a country when your ride only has 50ccs!
Thanks for a great weekend, nana!
