Coach Levi

Anyone that knows Levi will attest to his positivity. He encourages others, and helps others when they struggle. This week we caught a glimpse of some part of his future as coach, perhaps even the Peloza do-jang for tae kwon do. New kid in class is learning the very basics while the others practice for testing. Each of the current students takes a turn with the new kid to show him something. Levi gets front jump kicks.

As the kid is kicking the pad, with extreme difficulty to say the least, Levi just repeats "good," "great job," "nice." He walks him through the correct form a couple times and then goes back to the pad. "You're doing great," "great job," something after every kick. Then after one kick he says "Not the best I've ever seen, but really good." While being positive is important, you still need to keep them motivated to improve, right coach?
