Fall Fantasy

Had this Fall fantasy for years. Involving leaves and Fall. Starting with a drive up to the northland later into the night, a pit stop is the perfect time to try on some of the new gear.

The next morning, we reacquainted ourselves with old Bowser. Turns out he's a cheater. Last night we beat the last castle and were all set to win the game. Then he comes up and grabs the fairies we saved and it turns out there is a whole other world that we have left to beat. Here, Eva shows her surprise at the situation.

 

 Later that morning, it's dog walkin' time. Eva takes Charlie...

And Levi takes Willy...

 

Eva just looked so cool in her outfit. Chose hew new cold weather sweater and her tinkerbell dress. A happy combination.

The fantasy part, truly, was in the raking of leaves and jumping in the pile. I spent hours laying in piles of leaves as a kid. Now I spend hours with those Peloza kids.

Levi did the heavy lifting with the raking. And I do mean heavy lifting, check out the size of that raked. Earned him 25 cents, it did.

The day culminated in those Peloza kids' first Kentucky basketball game. At Rupp Arena. Home of the greatest tradition in college basketball! Levi is channeling Bambi, looking straight into that headlight (I mean flash).
